Reef and Rig LLC SMS Terms

Effective October 9, 2026. Sandbox/test site only. The login/account-code campaign is approved and may be enabled on the sandbox. Booking/trip notifications remain disabled until their separate campaign is approved and configured.

Reef and Rig LLC offers two separate, optional text-message programs: (1) one-time login and account identity-verification codes requested by you, and (2) transactional booking/trip confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders. No marketing messages.

You enroll in login/account codes from Login by entering your US mobile number and checking the unchecked login-code consent box when needed. The checkbox is hidden for an already verified, opted-in number. A delivered code must be verified before a new account is created; then complete your name and choose Customer or Owner in Account. No email registration is required for phone-first signup. A phone number alone is not consent.

In Account, independently select optional booking/trip updates and manage login-code consent. Both boxes start unchecked for a new enrollment. You may always withdraw either consent, including for a phone-only account. Before turning off your only login method or changing the number, verify an email or register a passkey to avoid losing access. After mobile verification you may disable login codes while keeping trip updates. Existing account activation requirements remain unchanged.

Message frequency varies with your login requests and bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking or account creation. Email-code and registered-passkey login alternatives are available; opting into SMS is necessary only if you choose phone-code sign-in.

Reply STOP to opt out of all Reef and Rig LLC texts. You can also uncheck either program in Account. Reply HELP for help or email scott@reefandrig.com. After STOP, carrier START/unblocking alone does not restore program consent; select your preferences again in Account. Delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must control the mobile number you provide. Keep it up to date; changing it clears verification. We do not automatically link or merge accounts based on unverified phone numbers. Never share a login code.
