Reef and Rig LLC Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. Sandbox/test site only.

Reef and Rig LLC uses account and contact information to authenticate members, administer bookings/trips, provide requested service notifications and respond to support requests. Account profile/contact fields are encrypted at rest. Login-code records contain keyed hashes rather than readable codes; passkey records contain public keys, not your device's biometrics, passcode or private key.

Optional SMS programs

With your separate, optional consent, we use your mobile number for requested login/account verification codes and/or transactional booking/trip updates. We record your consent choices, dates, source, policy version and opt-outs for compliance and use limited request identifiers to prevent authentication abuse. We do not send marketing texts.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. We share only the information necessary with service providers, including Twilio for SMS delivery, under service arrangements, or when legally required. We do not sell SMS opt-in data.

Reply STOP to stop all texts, HELP for assistance, or manage separate preferences in Account. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Login-code SMS is approved for sandbox use and requires its dedicated configuration; booking/trip SMS remains disabled pending separate campaign approval. See SMS Terms.

Cookies and access

Necessary cookies maintain your login and protect account forms. See the Cookie Policy. Access to account information is restricted to service needs. Authentication codes expire after ten minutes, but expiration alone does not erase database records. Consent audit history and STOP suppression are retained for compliance and security; no automatic retention/deletion schedule is implemented. Authentication SMS bodies are redacted from application SMS history; transactional SMS history can include message text and destination numbers.
